Why the hair have dry/split ends?
Dry Ends-our hair is high temperature steam processed texture, hair after high temperature steam processed will be a little dry. Please follow our hair care instruction, we have recommend shampoo&conditioner. Those Brand proof to be work well on our hair and do great moisture treatment!
Split Ends-as we all know for virgin hair grow from human scalp, the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. Our sourcing department will pick out the badly damaged ends raw hair, but few splits ends CAN'T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18", please understand.

Q. Why the hair is shedding or tangle?
New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal. For poor weft construction issue, please contact us and send pictures immediately, we will help u do refund or exchange based on our refund policy. We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Don't cut the weft only if u feel it's necessary. Our hair is cuticle intact donator's hair, usually not tangle. But dryness will lead to tangle and shedding, please follow our hair care instruction and use our recommended shampoo&conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week! Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy, please notice that in advance!

Q. What’s the color for virgin hair?
Hair is non-dyed and collected from donator directly. Each bundle color varies a little. It arranges from off black, dark brown, Middle brown to Light Brown. Please leave us order note for color requirements, we will pick hair for u before shipment.
For real virgin hair, the color shade from the top to ends which is normal, as we all know the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends, usually virgin hair ends will be lighter than top and middle. For example, the top and the middle are off black shade to ends dark brown or even light brown at last 2-4 inches.that's also split ends area.

Q. How many bundles hair do I need?

Usually, 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20", 4-5 bundles will be recommended.

Q. Why the bundles hair is not very thick and with short pieces?
Our hair are cut/purchased from donator, just like our own hair, some is thick but some is thin, usually, avoid messing up the hair to pick thin hair and short pieces out by hand carefully before we use that raw material. So they are not exactly thick for each bundles, but we will do best work to make sure they are natural thick with minimum short pieces inside of bundles. Please understand!

• ​​Hair Washing

1. Don't soak the weave. Take your spray bottle and spritz the top of your head about three to five times.

2. Next bend over as far as you can so that the hair hangs in front of your face or upside down. And just spritz the hair all over.

3. Grab your bottles of mild shampoo and conditioner. Finger comb the weave with the shampoo still in so that it will fget worked iall.

4.Then stand in the shower with your head titled back so that the water can run all through the hair.

5. Spary the weave with de-tangler the spray it with leave in conditioner. Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Let hair air dry naturally.

6. Once the hair is completely dry spritz it with moisturizer and brush it wih your fingers or a wide tooth comb.
