How to care the hair ?

Improper wash or process probably make the hair dry, easy to fall down or tangle. How you care for your extension will be the ultimate determining factor.

Please refer to local professional hairdresser for professional tip. The hair can last at least 2 years in proper way.

1) wash it by the most mild shampoo or one specially formulated for chemically treated hair, and clean in warm water as well. Please use the shampoo recommended by local professional hairdresser.
2) Comb with a WIRE brush after dry.
3) comb the wet hair gently by a large toothed comb and drying naturally is best.
4) please straighten hair if hair is straight when it is wet ; please gel hair if it is wavy.
5)You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.
6) don't blow hair root too nearly by dryer; don`t grasp hair root when washing.
7) don't cover hair productions under the sun in a long time.

Q1.Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Q2.Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.

Q3. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

Q4 How many bundles do I need?
A:For average head size, here is my suggestion:
12"-14": 2 bundles
16"-22": 3 bundles etc.

Q5: Why the colors of hair extensions don’t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A:Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.

Q6: Can I dye and Iron the hair?
A:it is Virgin hair extension, so, you can dye and Iron it. But, please don’t exceed150℃ and don’ do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily
getting dry and tangled.

Q7: Why my hair extensions getting tangled?
A:It could be caused by dryness, oil&dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Washing & condition your hair around once or twice a week is suggested. You could go for consulting with your stylist.

Q8:How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A:Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell : When burning, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, and will smell foul, show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Q9 What type of hair care products should I use?
A:Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products or use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your human hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Q10. Is there any Customs tax?
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer.
